We had such a wonderful experience with Kanga Roof and cannot recommend them enough!! Everyone we spoke with was courteous and helpful. Our roof was leaking and they were very quick to send someone out for a consultation. We worked very closely with Greg (from start to finish which was very nice) and he was so kind, informative, and extremely considerate! When Greg came out for the consultation he took pictures of the issues, presented us with our options, and gave his recommendations - we never felt pressured or rushed to make a decision. We have a five month old baby and Greg was very considerate about what time of day he would reach out and would always text us when he was on his way. Nick, Tony, Fabian and their crew did such an amazing job on my roof today! They went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with the work they were doing and they cleaned up after themselves very well once the job was complete! We had a great experience with Kanga Roof for our new siding project. The team was incredibly accommodating, easy to work with, and the quality of their work looks amazing. We ran into some bad weather during installation, but they went above and beyond to get the siding finished before the big snowstorm hit in January. Kanga was very transparent, responsive to questions, and kept us in the loop when it came to status updates and scheduling - which made the process smooth and easy. Never once did we feel like they "forgot about us" like we have experienced with other companies. Highly recommend!

We recently discovered several prices of our vinyl siding had been blown off during the past weeks storms. The discovery was Sunday so I let a message. Monday morning I clear a call back and with a few hours a technician (Greg) had been dispatched to our house to repair what he could and ensure the house was watertight until the broken prices could be replaced. The service was prompt, professional and friendly. I appreciate Kangaroof taking our issues seriously and addressing them as fast as they did. Highly recommend.

My experience with Kanga Roof was extremely positive, from the time I called to make the appointment until I got the work done. Steve who came out to assess the leak and later did the work was knowledgeable and able to describe the problem in a skilled manner.
