A and C is the absolute best. I had three different companies come out and none found or fixed the issue. A and C properly diagnosed the furnace issue, replaced the part and now I have heat. The best.. James is an excellent technician. He was able to diagnose the problem and fix it. I highly recommend him for any furnace issues. Good job. Thank you so much

Our service tech was on time and knowledgeable. There was a clear arrival time given to me all the way down to the minute he arrived. That’s nice to pinpoint the arrival time when they give you such a big window of possibilities. I will definitely use them for future repairs. I will recommend to family and friends. Their service fee was very reasonable.

Pros: Very timely service & quick turn around. Worked late on a Friday to resolve heating issue, which required a part that required some leg work (in an adjacent city) by tech to obtain. Was able to get part and installed without having to do a follow up visit. Heats on, kid is happy. Cons: Apparently, no one answers the office phone. Leaving a message was responded to rather promptly (by service tech from another phone). Bonus: Some people show up to work and just do their job. Joe's not one of those guys. He showed up at the end of what appeared to be a very long day (on a FRIDAY) -last service before going home. Most people are mentally if not physically checked out in this situation. Joe showed up with enthusiasm about his job, and as he spoke, you can tell he enjoys his work. This is
