Independent Window Repair

IWR was nothing short of professional! I had them out to repair a large plate glass window that spontaneously cracked. After installation I had issue with the perfection of the glass and they were beyond accommodating to make the issue right. Each touch point, from their office coordinator to the installation guys, was spot on. If you have a window repair need I highly recommend this team. I know I received service here that I would not have, had I gone the corporate route. Thank you again!

As others have complained in the reviews, they measure wrong, then claim its industry standard. If you want raw wood overlapping the glass by 1/2 inch, caulking over dried paint , and terrible workmanship, choose these guys…

I had rotted wood on my crank out window sash they replaced it with a new sash. Unfortunately, when they left after installing it I went outside to look and the bottom of the window had a very small gap and a top of the window had a half inch gap that was only covered by a quarter inch seal which left an opening of a quarter inch. When I called IWR and showed them the photo, they sent out the installers, the next day to realign the window and put in bigger seals, which fixed the problem. I cannot recommend them because after installing the window why would any professional window installer leave that big opening on top of a window?
