Awesome service. Reneat was very helpful, quick and informative. He answered all of my questions and did a great job cleaning our dryer vent.

The guys removed a HUGE amount of dirt buildup. The process was super easy, and their explanation of what to expect and aftercare was beneficial. I'm so happy with the results. Everyone in my house is breathing better.

TL;DR: This company left my dryer unusable and unsafe. They then misdiagnosed the issue they themselves created, costing me over $1,000 and weeks of stress. I strongly recommend avoiding them at all costs. Getting more into the details: I scheduled a routine dryer vent cleaning for general maintenance. Before they came, my dryer was still functional - air was venting outside, just not efficiently. After their “cleaning,” the dryer was no longer functional: no air was venting outside at all, which is a major fire and safety hazard. The technician told me the vent piping must have gotten disconnected inside the walls and that I would need to tear into the walls to fix the piping - something he could not help with. Vlad came out today, right after I booked only last night. Cleaned two fireplaces and our dryer vent after we just moved in. Polite, friendly, professional and did a great job—also very conscientious about leaving it all very clean. We’ll definitely call A+ next year for our annual chimney cleanings!
