Over the last few months, Precision #1 has completed several major projects on our house: installed a new roof, replaced the stucco siding with Hardie siding, upgraded the external lighting, and replaced the deck. We are very pleased with the results and with the way each project was carried out. The supervisors and crews assigned to the work were exceptionally skilled and professional. They were experienced, knew what they were doing, and communicated very effectively. I had my master bathroom remodeled from a garden tub to a no barrier walk in shower. Prem's work was meticulous in every detail. It was the highest quality. He was easy to work with, communicated well and kept a clean and neat work site. He also offered solid, valuable opinions on how to complete the project and what materials to use.
