A Cleaner World Rug Cleaning

I took 2 pea coats, a jacket, & wedge booties to be cleaned. This was my first time using cleaning services. It was over $50 for everything. When I picked up my items the shoes were worse off than when I dropped them off. When I dropped them off the attendant wasn't sure if they could clean them but she checked with her boss and he advised they could. Clearly that was not the case. My coats had a couple stains & hairs on them. The business itself wasn't even clean so I shouldn't have even used it honestly & blame myself. Their counter & computer was filthy. If they can't take care of their own things how can they care for mine? Lesson learned.
