The kitchen sink was not cleaned well, crumbs were pushed into the corner of the kitchen, there were streaks on the bathroom mirrors, and fronts of kitchen cabinets were not cleaned, all of which is listed on the website as part of scope. Extremely disappointed in the services. Update: the owner never responded and offered to come back- they are trying to cover themselves in public review comments (see attached to which they never responded). Additionally we intended to do the monthly service but were disappointed and canceled. We are now using another cleaning service monthly and are much happier, and have had much better communication along with better service for a similar rate.

The A Cleaning Service team does a fantastic job and is very professional. Beatriz is very easy to communicate with and responds in a very timely manner.
