I have worked with Alex on several projects at my house. We added an extra service/electric panel did some recess lighting, added and replaced many outlets, added a stove and relocated a thermostat connected to my heat and AC for me. He was willing to come out with 2 feet of snow on the ground and restore my power and heat. He was able to Identify the issue, put a temporary fix in place to get the tenants heat and power for the night. He came back the next day to finish the job.
