am sharing this review to document my experience with this company. On January 20, 2026, A Cut Above Grading and Tree LLC came to my home to remove a tree. During the process, the tree fell onto my house, porch, and trampoline, causing $3,720.98 in property damage. Following the incident, the owner stated that the roof damage he caused was approximately $1,500 and offered to “finance” a roof replacement through him. Based on his representations and believing he was acting honestly, I paid him $1,500 in good faith as a down payment. He represented that the total roof cost would be around $7,500. After speaking directly with the roofing company, I learned that the actual portion of damage attributed to the incident was approximately $2,800, and the full roof replacement cost would have be

Done an amazing job, Grading my front yard and backyard, cutting down a few trees he spread fertilizer and grass seed and throw straw. They also fixed my driveway.
