I had to call out Painters heating and repairs twice in one day. And I must admit I was a little taken back with the first team that came out because I had a blower motor installed costing over $700 in service but I could tell something just wasn't right with my HVAC system when they left. So I called Priority heating and asked for JOSH to come out to my house EVEN THOUGH he was on another call Teresa made it happen and he was at my house with in the hour and he noticed the wiring wasn't connected back up the write way from the initial installation from earlier that day , and not to mention it was pouring down rain , he took his shoes off because he didn't want to track mud in and out of my House and and he gave it a complete look over inside and outside until, he took his time to really

When our old heating oil furnace failed , Painters Heating &Air gave us a complete and very reasonable bid for replacing the unit with a new natural gas system. They did an excellent job, were respectful of our home and family. The technicians were professional and did an exceptional job installing the piping lines and the unit. I highly recommend them and will be using them for all hvac work in the future.

Painters Heating and Air did a great job at making my house comfortable. They were professional in every aspect and they made sure that all my needs were met. They were very affordable and worked with my budget by offering financing for my new system. It was put in about a year ago and other than Dean and his service technicians coming out to perform maintenance on the equipment twice a year, I have had no complaints or concerns. I would recommend using this company with any HVAC trouble or new additions you have. Good people, good products and good comfort solutions.-Michael

I wish I could give them zero stars. The technician lied to me and than to my landlord. They charged two technician fees after telling my landlord I sent them away the first time. I’m still trying to figure out why I’d send someone away when my house was 80°. The tech originally told me I needed a new compressor and possibly a new unit. Then went back and told the office I put up the wrong thermostat and that I’d replace it. I never said I’d replace it. The one thing in this world I can’t stand is a liar. And for them to completely ignore me and refuse to talk to me is awful. As a business owner myself I’d never treat customers that way.

Need to update your website to remove services you no longer offer. Called about having a chimney inspection and possible cleaning and was informed they no longer do those services.
