A Cut Above

Excellent service. Easy to schedule all online, estimates based off lot size. They email when they are coming a few days out for regular lawn service. Used their clean up service for mulching and cutting, amazing work for the price. Quick to add on through the portal. Can’t recommend enough!

A Cut Above arrived to do a yard cleanup for us after they were detained by two days of serious thunderstorms. They arrived at 10am, confirmed the work to be done, and the crew of 5 got right to work. It took them most of the day to do our quarter acre yard. They hand weeded, edged, trimmed bushes and mulched. They cleaned up after themselves and left my front and back yard beautifully landscaped ! I caught them on a 25% off sale which was very reasonable. Love the black mulch! I will use them again!

A complete transformation of my yard and now it’s beautiful. Weeds are gone, gardens mulched, pathways created. The crew did way more than expected for a Spring Cleanup Service at an amazingly reasonable price. A wonderful experience from the on-line ordering system to customer support. Highly recommend.

I had a mixed experience with A Cut Above for aeration, overseeding, and weed control. Online purchasing was easy and we were scheduled within a couple weeks of the purchase. Email communication about the scheduled arrival date was relatively immediate. Unfortunately, there were a few issues. First, I anticipated mowing prior to overseeding, but then their instructions said they would mow if needed prior to overseeding, so I did not. However, they did not mow either, resulting in them overseeding a very long lawn. They did not notify me during the service either. I am not on their mow service, but their instructions should have been more clear. Second, my backyard has a steep slope in a portion of it, but they totally skipped aerating and overseeding this section (at least 1/3 of the b

I had A Cut Above do leaf collection and removal for a home I just moved into and had not been occupied for a few months - so the leaf build up was intense. Their crew did a fantastic job, they got the leaves from behind all the bushes and were very reasonable for the amount of work that was needed. I will definitely be using them next season.
