Can’t install Goodman and be above anything stuffs trash! Below builders grade garbage And post a proud picture of a crooked condensor atleast put some pea gravel under it make it look semi presentable smh . Do better!

Chris was great. He sent Jim out to diagnose the cause of intermittent heating from my mother-in-laws furnace in a Monroe. Jim was prompt, polite and explained things thoroughly. He is very meticulous as well. No doubt we would use him again. His repair cost was very reasonable as well. Chris promptly answered calls and texts.

Chris was awesome!!! We called and he came out first thing the next morning. Diagnosed our system. We needed a replacement system. Chris guided us through the process and didn't push us along. Great customer service. My unit upstairs stopped working and the the service company that I have been using for the last 4 years diagnosed the problem and said I needed an entire new system. I contacted Chris at "A Degree Above the Rest", he promptly came out the next day and determined that my issue was only a bad thermostat. His honesty, professionalism and experience has won me over. I will be leaving my current service company and transferring my business to Chris.
