The team was professional, responsive and went above and beyond to ensure that we were happy with our selections. They handed every detail-from coordinating with fabricators, to replacing a damaged item and managing an exchange-with care and efficiency. The finished results are absolutely beautiful! We also appreciated the thoughtful follow-up after the countertop installation to ensure that everything met our expectations. We highly recommend this wonderful, family-owned business.

When it comes to renovations, this is the place to go! From start to finish A Direct was extremely knowledgeable, creative and professional. They took a vision and made it into our reality. They were able to reimagine and design a layout in a small kitchen that is now functional but beautiful. With their guidance we purchased faucets and light fixtures to add the finishing touches on each space. The renovations were completed a little over a year ago, the products and customer service continue to far exceed our expectations. You won't be disappointed.
