Advanced Tech HVAC

Called to get a boiler serviced and a quote for a heat pump. They responded immediately and set up an appointment for 2 days. Showed up got the boiler serviced and heat pump installed in the same day. Cleanliness was all time as I am a huge neat freak. Registered for their yearly service program as well. Advanced tech hvac was professional as they come.

Rob and Zach were extremely responsive. Delivered an estimate and had blue prints made up for new install within a week. They delivered excellence on everything they said. Even had a call back for a simple thermostat issue ( was completely operator error ). Did it with a smile and we signed a service contract with them for the future. Highly recommend.

Furnace went out SuperBowl Sunday morning. Called Advanced Tech, Rob picked up right away (no answering service). Mentioned they had other customers in line and they should be to me in about 3-4 hours. Got here and had the furnace running within 30 minutes. I wanted to give 4 stars for the price (in my opinion, it was a little excessive), but given the emergency, the amount of calls they had, it being on a SuperBowl Sunday, I understood the cost was going to be a bit high That being said, I still would and plan on using them in the future.

I live in Westchester. I got recommended this company from my brother who lives in Park Avenue. They completed an installation for him this summer. Called them on a Tuesday and Rob showed up on that Thursday, I had a quote in my hand before they left. Scheduled the work for them to install three 5 ton units for me. They were two weeks out. Job was completed in (2) days. They were early, good communicators, and super clean. All of their guys had boot coverings which my wife loved. Highly recommend this company for any installation

I had an excellent experience working with Advanced Tech HVAC.for my CAC replacement install. Rob and Zach were very thorough in answering all of my questions and were very responsive whenever I texted. The price they quoted was extremely competitive and didn’t change once the job started. They prioritized the job and installed on a Saturday right before a heat wave. They were clean, neat and courtesy. I’ve had no issues after install and will use them again when my second CAC unit goes.
