They fixed my appliance a Stackable washer and dryer.when another company said , there is no hope. They don't make this model anymore. They even said it was the wrong part that was at fault. I WILL AWAYS ASK FOR A and E Appliance repair. They fixed in 2 days ordered the parts and done. They are reliable and knowledgeable. I remember them fixing my dryer many years ago. I didn't know DTE hired them but now I do. They got my business for sure. Thank you very much you made ny day. A AND E APPLIANCE REPAIR. The repair was through DTE I have their homw warranty plan. Without it . I could have paid $600 . But I paid $45 a mouth for t heir service.

I have dealt with A&E Appliance since the 80's and not one complaint. The service technicians (this time Brian) are very friendly, prompt, helpful and professional. They stay until my last question is answered and everything was satisfactory. From 1 to 10, definitely a 10+.

Called Friday regarding my issue, Anthony came out Monday to diagnose. He had to order parts and came back Wednesday to fix. Very happy with how quick it was and how friendly and knowledgeable he was. I would definitely recommend and will use for any future issues

Highly recommend Aaron arrived for the appointment in a raging snow storm. He diagnosed the issues with my washing machine and had to order parts. The weather wasn't much better the 2nd time. . He was friendly and efficient. The washer works great now! Should last another 5 years (it's about 25 years old now) the entire staff is great to work with. Thank You

A & E serviced my oven through Consumer Energy. Process was smooth. Communication was great. Tech called when he was 15m away (the day before provided a time frame) he arrived, professional, courteous. No issues. Thank you
