Disappointing. Had them re-carpet our "new to us home". In the living room, they cut the carpet too short and in another spot, accidentally made hole in the carpet where it met the wood floor that you could fit your finger in. The stairs were not stretched tight at all. Every step had a wave in the carpet. When Jerry came out to look at it, he said he didn't know what the installer was doing. Then he pivoted and blamed the carpet. We bought higher end carpet to limit the amount of off-gassing. He said it was because of the backing and that most installers aren't very good at installing it because it is not as rigid as normal carpet. He agreed to warranty replace the living room and stairs. He talked us into standard carpet on our stairs because they didn't make the carpet we had on our st

We highly recommend AE Michaels Flooring in Monticello! Jericha was super helpful and honest when she came out to our house. She did her best to get us a good price on the flooring we loved. The time it took between ordering and installing was super quick. Lane was our installer and did a fabulous job with the floors. He was friendly, prompt and respectful as he worked in our home. We bought blinds from them and are very pleased with the service and quality of the work. Scott came out to our house and we chose which blinds we wanted. After 2 weeks they arrived and Scott did the installation himself and was obviously very skilled in blinds. Their quality is excellent, we purchased the Hunter Douglas blinds and they had many features I had not seen before that you can adjust. They were a great company to work with and I would highly recommend them!

Steve was our salesman and was very patient with our MANY calls and questions throughout the installation process. The installers Andy and Ryan were polite, professional, asked our opinion often about colors and placement and were fun to listen to as they joked and worked together. I would choose this store again for our next project, and have recommended it to others.
