What a terrific experience we had at A F supply in Hicksville NY. APRIL who is the manager of design did such a wonderful job creating our plumbing for our new bathroom. She helped getting all the plumbing as quickly as possible so the contractors could get the job done while we were away- what a caring and supportive designer that I have ever dealt with. Also the people in the back offices and counter were very attentive and helpful. Thank you All for a job well done!!!

April, Sylvana and Maggie in the Showroom have been wonderful resources for me. When my Toto Washets needed to be replaced, they helped me choose the closest model to my discontinued ones and gave me great pricing on the pair. They also special ordered a Moen Kitchen mixer and provided the best after sales service when my plumber installed the weight incorrectly. This time they found me in-stock HansGrohe parts to replace the shower head, hand sprayer and bracket in my guest bedroom when I needed something on short notice! Five stars! Thank you ladies for always being such a delight to work with and taking such good care of me!

I have nothing but wonderful things to say about AF Supply and their staff. I have worked with April in the Hicksville showroom on several projects. April is extremely knowledgeable and a delight to work with. I visited the showroom again on Saturday for a new project. She spent time explaining the different options for the fixtures and finishes available for the bathrooms and kitchen that I am working on. I am looking forward to working with April on my current project as well as all future projects. Thank you again April for all your help.
