Needed an emergency callout early on a Saturday morning reached out to all local HVAC companies. Moyer was the first to call me back. Told me they would have a tech out in 2-3 hours. Was contacted back by their competitors told them I already had A H Moyer coming but thank you for the call. Moyer called me back at that 3-hour mark to tell me since I wasn't a "current client" they couldn't (he meant wont) send the tech out and would have to wait until Monday. That would have been a pertinent question to ask 3 hours ago when we first talked. Immediately called back the other vendors... I can't get anyone out for today. I will never call again and will actively persuade anyone asking for HVAC servicers from using this company

These idiots are out here digging for gold - or whatever they are doing - off of Colonial Dr in Jonestown, PA and knocked out power to hundreds of homes! I will never trust this company to do any work at my house and wish they would have just stayed home tonight!

This company is doing pipe work around the corner from my house and it's pathetic to leave all there equipment parked on the streets also leaving plates just laying on the road that u could possibly flatten your tire the way it's on the street. This company is very sloppy with there work leaving stones all over the sidewalks I would never ever recommend this company...

We had our furnace/AC serviced a total of 4 times in the course of a year with no resolution. They "fixed" the problem by unfreezing our AC unit, which leaked all over the furnace and shorted out the board. Then they suggested spraying a solution in the coolant line to fix any leaks. Since they didn't have any on them at the time, they were going to charge us another $150+ just to come out again and spray it. Then in the Fall, as suspected, our furnace went out because of the short. They came out once just to turn the unit off, since they didn't have the materials they needed to fix it, of course. We really didn't think they would charge us to just flip a switch, but they indeed charged us about $150. They came back and replaced the board, charging us AGAIN. The AC kicked on this spring an
