A Hampton Roads Plumbing & Sewer

Driver driving erratic. Tail gated me and almost hit me. Weaving in and out traffic with no regard to anyone else. When i called the office, there was no way a message could be let, which i find hard to believe. Im sure they would be able to take a message if i had a plumbing issue. I asked to speak to someone who take my information and there wasnt anyone. Looks like they only want profitable business. I have pictured of the driver and the plates but unable to post.

If you like having your home torn apart for 2 weeks to fix a tiny leak in a single pipe, these are your guys. If you like your plumbers to disappear for hours or days at a time without finishing their work, A Hampton Roads Plumbing & Sewer is the company for you. What a clown show. How is this place still in business? Oh yeah, contracts with apartment complexes. They can shaft the tenants and still get paid by the leasing companies no matter how much the tenants complain. Nice grift, for them. Not so much for the people they put through this nightmare.

Shout out to A Hampton Roads Plumbing and Sewer! After hours technician was timely, polite, and cleaned up everything afterwards. This company does OUTSATANDING work and is premier in Tidewater!!!!!

This company was supposed to be fixing a leaking in my kitchen ceiling that was coming from my upstairs bathroom. They have been to my apartment twice to supposedly fix it. But they never fixed anything. They just told the maintenance staff for my apartment complex to just put caulk on the problem and patch up my ceiling. This company is the worst company ever. My bathtub is still leaking upstairs and caulk is not going to fix the problem.

Adam and his helper was so professional.Love.The Customer service, they did the job and I'm very grateful these 2 men that you have working for you are awesome and they need to stay there and get a raise.
