Johan was absolutely top-notch. We have an older home with original hardwood floors, and he was incredibly knowledgeable about how to properly refinish and repair them. In addition to sanding and refinishing, he identified and replaced several boards that were rotting, which made a huge difference in both the look and the integrity of the floors. He explained what needed to be fixed versus what could be preserved, which we really appreciated. He came out the same day I called to give a quote, started work within two days, and finished everything within the same week. The floors now look beautiful — smooth, even, and consistent — while still keeping the character of an older house. His workmanship was excellent, the price was very reasonable, and he left the place clean when he was done.
