I had a problem with my Maytag washer not emptying and sometimes not spinning. I called A & J and when I told them what was happening he knew right away. Told me what to do and now my machine works. Amazing. I am so impressed that they helped me even though they didn’t receive any money. In this day and age when it’s so hard to trust people this was so refreshing. I now know I have found a trustworthy repair service for all my future needs. Thank you so much.

The technician said his card reader wasn’t working and that he could only take cash or check. I paid $200 cash for parts, and he even gave me a receipt — it all seemed legitimate. But he never came back to complete the repair and stopped responding. Afterward, I noticed a pattern in the reviews — every time someone posts a bad experience, a wave of new 5-star reviews suddenly appears. It feels like they’re trying to hide the truth behind fake reviews. I’ve filed a police report and contacted the Better Business Bureau.
