A & J Installation

The company was provided excellent services. I called on a Monday indicating an issue with my boiler, they were able to come out on a Tuesday, performed a tune up and identified root cause of the issue. They looked up appropriate parts needed, procured them and came back Wednesday to resolve the problem. The technician, Mitch, was very professional, knowledgeable and great communicator, explained in detail what he was doing and what the issue was. I recommend this company for heating services based on my experience and am would go with them for future HVAC needs.

I've used A&J for a series of services and repairs over the last 5 years of living in our home, they are always very responsive. Mario was at our most recent plumbing repair, he did an excellent job. A small piece of drywall had to be opened to make the repair and he was careful and diligent to make as little cleanup and drywall repair as possible. I also appreciate how the A&J team takes the time to explain how they will repair things, ie. what fittings they will use and why so I have the knowledge as a homeowner.

In May & June of 2024, Due to the multiple heat waves prior & during my originally scheduled HVAC maintenance appt w/my prior company they kept canceling, I called A & J’s installation & was able to make an appt w/in a week for a reg HVAC maintenance appt. I was pleased with the service. The professional who maintenanced my HVAC was knowledgeable about my machine. He was patient and willing to answer ALL my questions. While also showing me what to looking for and do when checking my machine or changing the filter. He added much needed refrigerant while informing the multiple reasons why the refrigerant would be low. He also informed me what to look for if my issue of the AC not staying cold continued. Fortunately, my AC continued working properly for the rest of 2024 & all thru 2025 summer

Called A&J Installation on Thursday July 18 and they came same day in the afternoon. Man drained my water tank that was leaking. New tank coming on Friday 7/19. Since I am living here 31+ years I had the man take pictures of all of the valves in my house. See below photos. All of the existing pipes are okay as of now. The last 3 photos are the new tank. Mitch explained to me in case of emergency which valve to turn upward (1st photo last 3). Everything considered A & J Installations is the best company to use for all your air/heating and plumbing issues. Again on April 25, 2025 I had my air conditioner serviced under my service agreement I took out in 2024. Mario came in and made sure the outdoor unit was ready for the summer of 2025. AJ is the Best. Mitch (Tech) is AWESOME, he knows his stuff and is very informative and explains everything. AJ you guys ROCK!!! Hands down, nobody can’t compete against AJ, they respond to emergencies fast and they are reliable. Awesome Company and my Guy Mitch is the damn Best!!!!!!!!
