After multiple emails and phone calls where no one answers , no one picks ups , which for a business is extremely unprofessional and rude , I know business are busy but a customer is what makes your business up and running , I’ve emailed and called to check about the opening of my pool , and no answer if you can’t open my pool up or do it then be nice enough to say I am sorry we are unavailable. Very unprofessional, still reach out to the customer and let them know . That’s how a business should run on a professional level and reach out to customers ! I wouldn’t recommended aj pools , horrible customer service and communication! And business need great customer service and communication to make it ! maybe they pick and choose who they want to service !

Contacted this company to come treat and clean up my pool. A laborer then came and treated the pool and said that the water will be clear the next day. The next day the water was still green and didn’t even look like it was serviced. However, I didn’t want to jump the gun, so I Gave it a couple of days in hopes of seeing some results. Sadly, I was still disappointed with the results. I then went into the location to let the managers know that my pool hasn’t been serviced correctly. I asked them can you please send your guy back out to my property so he can look at it again and see if he missed anything. Rather than helping me out as a customer, The managers in charge argued with me and did not want to fix their problem or help me out at all. They never contacted me back or tried to do anyt

We have bought many things at A & J pools. Their prices are fair. The advice they give is always welcomed. They are our favorite place to deal with. Thank you all who work there. The Hockenberry's
