He doesn't beat around the bush and he doesn't try and be slimy and sell you services that don't correlate to your overall problem just for the commission. Very very happy with his services. spoke to Allison and she was polite and very kind. Answered all my questions and set up a inspection the following day. Tim who was the tech that came by provided all the details and i proceeded forward with the pest issue. L & L is all about customer service which is extremely important to me.
