Tucker was very courteous and was ready to answer any question I had about our tankless boiler Navien system. Eric was also very friendly and helpful throughout the maintenance process. Very pleased with service work performed and professional demeanor they both exemplified. 5 star service.

Excellent service! Will absolutely hire again. We called A. Johnson to investigate a sewage smell from one of our bathrooms. Daniel Desautels came out and not only diagnosed where it came from, but also fixed our toilet and helped identify another issue we didn’t know we had. He was fantastic and efficient with his time. We are extremely pleased with the work and look forward to calling A. Johnson back for any other issues that may occur.

I can't recommend Brandon and A. Johnson highly enough. They arrived on time and worked a long day, and the whole team maintained positivity, high energy, and professionalism throughout. It was a humid day and big job, replacing a massive, rusty old boiler. The work was done with precision and care, and they thoughtfully cleaned up after themselves. Some contractors are super impressive at the pitch and estimate stage and then fizzle out on you when it comes time to do the work. Not so with this company. Brandon is a great team leader. Everyone was efficient, and one could sense a genuine cooperation and camaraderie among the crew. I was impressed. I have already requested that A. Johnson work on another project. First of all, the techs and estimation people here are great. The latest tech, Richard, was friendly and pleasant and did a good job. We had a furnace installed 2 years ago and it's working great. No problems at all and we are very pleased. The one issue I have is that I specifically called because we needed our filters replaced and the furnace maintenanced, and while they came and did it in timely and professional fashion, I was informed they don't actually carry new filters on the truck, that's not included in the service price, and I have to order them myself. While a minor frustration, it seems like something they should be doing, or at least letting me know before I pay the $300 maintenance bill.

Absolute terrible experience. Called for a repair estimate on a boiler and received a quote for over $6k or a replacement quote for over $13k, and were being pushed to replace it when we wanted the most cost effective option. We called a different company the next day and got all of the repairs we needed immediately for less than $500 as the problem was onlt a faulty gasket. To think of the amount of money I would have spent without getting a second opinion is unsettling. Would never recommend or use again, we paid almost as much for A Johnson to assess the situation as it cost to fix it with the other company.
