Bob is awesome! He returns calls promptly, shows up when he says he will and knows his stuff. He fixed my dryer last year both quickly and reasonably priced. Today, he helped me fix a problem with a stovetop without even coming out to me. It was an easy fix that he could have charged me a visit for . Very honest! I won't use anyone else!
