ive been using this company since 1990 for my plumbing needs. i used them because they are mostly in my complex and know the building well.i will know longer use this company. the prices are outrageous and they didnt even fix the problem/ i had a leaky toilet; and the man cam ein with a new filling control. after installing it still was leaking. he said it needed a white soft flipper which he did not have. he said i could buy it at a store and showed me how easy it will be to install. i thought i could save alittle money by finishing the product by myself. i was late for work, so would have to leave right away. he went down called his boss and filled out a bill. it was only one man for twenty minutes. he charged me 350.00. i think that this was outrageous. if you figure it mout by the hour

This is the worst company I’ve ever had do work in my home…. This is a family business so they said but the the son of the owner was nodding off while in my bathroom I guess while working and I saw enough and asked they not return. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY! I would let My house flood before I ever let this trash company into my home. Worst experience ever & when I called and spoke with Mark I got no explanation of why that goes on I was met with sorry and nothing else DO NOT GET SERVICE FROM THEM

Called this company twice in order to schedule a visit about a job I need done. They don't even have the common courtesy to call back. I guess my business isn't important to them. I'll make sure to let everyone know about my experience or lack thereof.

Bad customer service. Very rude.
