Best area rug cleaner in the greater Cleveland area! I had 2 large wool area rugs that needed cleaning after a cat pee incident. Not only did they have the best price but what really sold me was the time they took on the phone to understand what had happened and what kind of rugs I had, and then walked me through the whole process. Customer service was top notch and my rugs look brand new!

I was able to book quickly and easily. They did an absolutely incredible job on cheap beige carpet that is at least 15 years old, if not older. It truly looks so different and improved. Would pay what I did every time and highly recommend them.

Jesse did a great job cleaning our carpets in our new home. When he first arrived, he explained the whole process, checked for stains and explained the extra care that would be taken with those and even measured every room to make sure the original quote was accurate (Ended up saving $75!)
