Can’t recommend enough - Ken and his sister Virginia are such amazing people. So thorough, answered questions I don’t even know I had, and nearly same price for a 6-month treatment as I was paying Aptive to come bimonthly. We had an inactive wasp/hornet nest high up in the peak of our roof. Virginia couldn’t reach it when she treated our home. Ken followed up and asked if she was able to reach it. When I told him no and that it was fine since it was inactive, he came over and removed it anyway so we wouldn’t have to! I’m so glad I cancelled Aptive and switched to a family-owned business run by people who actually care about their customers.

Virginia showed up the date and time I was told. She was very friendly and professional. She did a thorough job treating our home and property. I am happy with both her and Ken's professionalism. Also, they are fairly priced. Highly recommend!

A big thank you to Ken for his time spent investigating my "critter" issue. He took time to explain what he found and what he recommended. If you need help, I highly recommend Ken. (P.S. -- I also appreciated his patience since I had to reschedule the appointment twice due to family issues!)
