This place is FANTASTIC! Went to turn my furnace on the first cold day this year and nothing happened. Called A&L and Lacey was able to get me an appointment that day! They gave me an almost exact time they would be at my house so I didn't have to leave work and wait around. I really liked the fact that my technician Bill sent me a picture and text before arriving. When Bill arrived, it was a simple fix and within minutes my house was toasty warm. Everyone was so nice and courteous! It also all cost under $200, which was a great added bonus! Highly recommend!

Technician showed up early and was very polite. Unfortunately he was not familiar with the brand of furnace I had and asked me to call another company because he didn’t want to work on it. After wasting the better part of the day banking on A&L I was unable to get another company out to my house the same day. We were forced to deal with a malfunctioning furnace throughout another very cold night. Be sure to tell the technician what make and model you have when they call you, otherwise they may turn you down and you may be stuck with cold for even longer.

Beat the socks off the competition in comparison shopping. We received 4 quotes from big and local name shops. A & L got us taken care of for the best price and we didn't even have to dip into the savings using their 0% interest for 12 months. Paid it off in 8 months and we're ready for summer. The staff is professional and friendly. Every scheduled appointment was met on time and handled timely. Highly encourage anyone needing a new system to call these guys. Don't waste your time with anyone else.

Our furnace went out Saturday! I called my local furnace company in canton ohio.  They said 180$ to just come out because all there guys had worked there 40 hours.  I thought since I spent almost 3,000$ in summer they would help me.  NOPE.  I called A&L and they were out same day.  120$ I saved 60$ from the  start.  Technician bill came.  Explained everything. 5 stars.  10 stars if I could.   I now have a new furnace guy and company for life.   Thank you bill and A&L.  And I will pass along your number to everyone I know.
