A M Fuel Oil

Very disappointed. Had an appointment with AM fuel back in October for a yearly inspection due to just buying a home. The morning of our appointment, I was called and whoever I spoke to at the time stated they had a bunch of emergencies that day and could not make it. I stated that I wanted to start a contract with him, I was told since my family has been using them for years that the first year our contract would of been complimentary and not to worry about someone coming out, that if we had a problem to just call him. NOTHING was stated that we had to sign up for auto deliveries. Now that we had a leak with our boiler, I am being told we have no contract. Very unprofessional.

My husband and moved to a new home 4 years ago and the previous owner used a+m so we continued to till my husband called to get and oil delivery and the lady in the office told him no problem they would be her the next day he got a call back from them no less the 30 mins later and the man thay called him back on the phone said that he refuses to deliver to us and that my husband can go f*** him self. We will NEVER use them again .

My father has been using the company for YEARS! He ran out of heat and they wouldnt come by bc his kitchen sink was leaking!! We're talking an old man with dementia in the cold for days over a leaky sink!
