A Monumental Carpet Cleaning

These guys are amazing! Joe came and picked up my rug and I am so happy they were able to restore it for me.

Joe did a fantastic job stretching and cleaning the carpet for a client's home I was listing. He was knowledgeable, courteous and was able to take care of what we needed while staying within my client's budget. I'd highly recommend his services and will definitely be calling him for my future carpet stretching/cleaning needs!

The WORST customer service experience I've had from a company in as long as I can remember!! First off - Joe did a good job! super nice guy too. We had our carpets cleaned over a month ago but they charged out card twice for the service! His wife does the books and we've been calling for over a month to get this charge reversed and the charge has still not been reversed! This company can't organize a shag in a brothel and she keeps blowing smoke up our a$$!! It doesn't take over a month to reverse a charge! Avoid this company AND the headaches!

I cannot say enough great things about this company! They went above and beyond my expectations and were 1/2 the cost that a competitor quoted us. They worked so hard to get every stain out and even came back a few days later after I noticed another little spot. My carpets and furniture look brand new!
