A New Tomorrow Cleaning

Never before I have paid $900 for a service and felt like I was robbed. These cleaners were either lazy or incompetent. I paid for a move in/move-out deep cleaning with additional charges for the refrigerator and oven. While there were some items in the home as the seller was still living there, the cleaners apparently took this as a reason to not even attempt to clean anything at all. Fridge drawers were left empty and they looked disgusting. The top, back, and under the fridge were all gross. The oven looked like they hadn't touched it. Ceiling fans were untouched. After the cleaners left, I personally swept the entire house and found food droppings in an empty room. They gave me some BS excuse about how there was stuff in the way. Destiny, Tara and Tay were amazing and very professional. They did an exceptionally great job in doing a deep cleaning service for my entire home. Countertop, cabinets, cooking range and microwave were cleaned and polished squeaky clean. Floors were sweeper and mopped to smooth clean look. Bathrooms were sparkly clean. Carpets were washed and shampooed. They dried pretty quick. They pay attention to details such as wiping the base boards, dusting the blinds, wiping the railings and spindles of my staircase, all furnitures cleaned and polished. My home looks brand news. Kudos to these 3 great ladies who really left a lasting impression. I would definitely consider them and above all Sydney was amazing and accomadting the service ina short notice. She was very honest about the price range.

I would not even give one star. I’ve used this company for a while now. Initially they were good, but maintenance wise, they are not. I have had multiple issues which each time were mostly addressed. This last time is the final time as they’re fired. I specifically asked for a different crew because the cleaning job they did prior was terrible- missed cobwebs, didn’t clean orange ring around sink drains, didn’t get dust from vent fan grill- the crew they sent was different except for the “lead” cleaner. She did a terrible job again (she was the only one cleaning the bathrooms)that last and final clean. Same issues plus they did not clean behind or under the recliner. We used A New Tomorrow Cleaning to prepare a home to sell. Tara, Alyssa, Lamya, and Anyas did an excellent job. They were very professional and took great care in making sure the home was ready for sale. We did a walk through when they were done and were very happy with everything.
