The owner was intimately involved with the work being done and was on-site to supervise the crews and answer any questions. The final project cost was precisely as quoted in the initial proposal. We had some home projects done and had First State Roofing and Exteriors did the work. Their prices are reasonable and we are extremely pleased with the work they did. All the guys who came to do the work were professional and polite. they cleaned up after themselves and worked hard. We had a leaky window that needed to be fixed, Facia on the roof line to be replaced and new vinyl plank flooring to put down in a room, foyer and 1/2 bath. They went above and beyond with each job they did. I would definitely reach out to them if you need home repair done. You will not be disappointed.

First State is the best !! We had 2 other roofers here and they never solved the problem but they changed us plenty and the leak was still there. We called First State, who was recommended to us. They found the problem in no time. We replaced the entire roof and when they tore the old off, there it was just what they said it was. Owner, Ritchie is great !! And the guys that work for him awesome !! Cleaned up all the mess, walked around checking everything before they left. I will always recommend First State !!!! And they guarantee their work !!
