Rich and his guys did an excellent job for me on my boiler. I needed to replace 34 feet of baseboard heating and Rich was able to get me and decent price on new baseboard heating units and a good price on taking out my old ones and installing new ones. Now my living room area is nice and warm. I am so pleased with A OK work that I will always use them for all my boiler needs. Rich is the most knowledgeable person I have ever met on boilers. He really knows his stuff. I’ve been a customer of A OK since 1999.

Hiring A-OK Mechanical in Lansing MI. was the worst contractor experience ever. This was supposed to be a simple furnace and humidifier installation in a 20 year old home. We were notified that the furnace had been received at A-OK Mechanical and that they were ready to install it. After A-OK Mechanical rescheduled 3 times they finally started the installation on the 4th appointment date. Initially it took 4 days of working long hours to install the furnace and humidifier. We had to call the installer back a 5th time to address multiple issues with the installation. All of the issues were not corrected so we had the owner of the company come over for a 6th attempt to correct the issues and meet with the inspector. GREAT COMPANY! There are several furnace repair places in Lansing, but A-OK HEATING, COOLING & PLUMBING (NOT the same company as A-OK Mechanical!!!). A-OK Heating was the ONLY ONE who advertised 24-hour emergency service and actually answered their phone! All of the others either had an answering machine, or some off-shore answering service, or would only come out if it was a gas leak! This was at 9:00 pm at night, and when we called, RICH the owner of A-OK Heating, answered the phone, and sent someone out fast! The young man ANDRE was polite, knew what he was doing, and diagnosed the issue. It was our refrigerator motor that was smoking and filling the house with smelly smoke - and not our furnace. NO PROBLEM - Andre took a look and diagnosed the issue. Unfortunately, he did not have the

A-OK replaced my central air unit years ago and this winter (January) our 20+ year-old furnace took a dump. A-OK was able to come out and take a look at it the same day, and had us back in business with a new firnace within 24 hours. It's Spring now, and we've had no issues.
