I had a great experience with Controlled Comfort. They came out to inspect my gas fireplace and were extremely professional from start to finish. Their rates were very reasonable, and I really appreciated that I didn’t have to wait long — scheduling an appointment was quick and easy. I highly recommend them to anyone needing fireplace service or inspection.

Fireplace pilot went out. They responded with a timely, reasonable quote and available to come out the same day. Professional, timely, skilled and friendly. Glad I found them. Jason was first class all the way. We will use again in the future.

We are extremely pleased with Jason! He fit us on his schedule in a timely manner and was very professional. He orginally thought we would need a new burner for our fireplace but after looking at it further, it ended up needing a new orifice which was less than half the cost. He was honest and reliable and we highly recommend!!
