I’ve had a great experience working with AP Air Conditioning Supply for over 9 Years . Their inventory is well-stocked, prices are competitive, and the customer service is excellent. They’re always helpful, knowledgeable, and quick to assist with any questions or special requests. Highly recommended for any HVAC tech or business looking for reliable AC equipment and parts!

Used them a few times and they were great. Unfortunately this time around waited on them 4 hrs for them to tell me technician couldn't find parking so he'd come tomorrow (I offered to pay valet or whatever else was needed). Obviously that wasn't going to work nor acceptable.

When they provide services, the work is excellent. However, the lack of communication and poor customer service is a serious issue. I’ve been calling for updates regarding an AC unit repair, which they said would be resolved in a few days. It's now been 27 days, and despite multiple promises to call me back, no one ever did. Eventually, I had to hire someone else to fix the issue. Now customer service is upset that I didn’t inform them—but I waited nearly a month during the peak of summer, trusting them because they’ve always done a good job in the past. Unfortunately, the constant need to call for updates, only to hear “just a few more days” each time, became frustrating and disappointing.

Had my whole AC unit replaced with A&P and gotta say. Seamless process from beginning to end. I highly recommend them. Happy customer here 👍🏼

I have had the incompetent and I've had thieves but now I've found the greatest AC people in town. I have a very complicated system that was never properly set up. I went 8 months w/o AC trying to get it fixed. My contactor gave up. People came out and told me to dump this 18K system that still had 5 years of warranty remaining. A BIG company came out and told me they tested and I needed 7 motherboards for $4200. I called A & P and they sent Kenny out. He had a computer and ran a test. They came back with 1 motherboard and had my system cooling in 20 minutes. These are the nicest most knowledgeable AC people around. Kenny immediately knew that the system was incorrectly hooked up and switched the lines around. They saved me a ton of money and i am thankful to have found them.
