Years ago he moved us from one house to another which was a huge undertaking. This time, ready to move, without help, we called him in a panic to move our entire warehouse for our business. He showed up, within hours, prepared and ready to lead! I was specifically impressed with his communication and his ability to diffuse arguments between my significant other and I over where we wanted things.(Moving is stressful) He listens to understand, I find that very refreshing. Mr. Wayne is one of the most incredible professionals I have ever worked with. I requested for him to do a packing job for me on a shipment that was going cross-country where I was purchasing goods from a 3rd party. Their estimate was incredibly fair and he purchased all of the materials he needed for the job beforehand. First of all, he was punctual (arrived 10 min early for the job). Secondly, he did an incredible job wrapping and packing and took extra care to make sure the job was done right. Third, in my absence (given I was across the country), he went ABOVE AND BEYOND by waiting for an extra 45 min to ensure that my shipment was picked up from the 3rd party location by the trucking company and did not leave until it was done even though it was not his responsibility. I asked for A Packing Service’s assistance last minute to help me move an upright piano and I am so glad that I did. Wayne, who runs the business, made it too easy. With his help and expertise he made the process of handling and transporting the instrument with just the two of us a breeze! His delicate driving on the road with the piano in the back of his truck assured me I made the right choice going to him.
