Omri took care of a water intrusion remediation and repair process in one of our properties. He was one of the first to respond on Yelp, and moreover, responded with detailed responses and care. That set the precedent for weeks of fantastic collaboration to complete the work at hand. Omri iteratively documented progress, photos, and explained the status of his work at each step. He even went above and beyond to protect me from HOA issues by advising me when things got tricky. I feel I have a partner who cares about my properties as much as I do. To give some perspective, I have been a Realtor in the area for almost 20 years and when it comes to possible "mold" related issues, you don't want to mess around, however, in my experience some remediation companies capitalize on the fear factor and lack of knowledge that a consumer may have and recommend work that is not needed. Omri with "Yostin Water Damage & Restoration" was a breath of fresh air (no pun untended). I had multiple bids from other remediation companies and Omri was the only one who really took the time to professionally diagnose and come up with an honest assessment of the scope of work needed. Omri does charge a $250 fee to come out and make the assessment and draw up a proposal, however, that $250 is then applied towards the invoice. Some people may balk at paying a f
