A Perfect

I had a sprinkler valve in my six-zone system that would not close completely and leaked water in the line and resulted in a constantly wet yard. I installed the system myself approximately 35 years ago with pvc pipe. I absolutely dreaded having to dig up the manifolds and lines to replace any of them because I thought it would be a mess in my yard. I texted Jerron and sent him pictures, and he gave me a repair estimate which I thought sounded reasonable so we scheduled a time for the repair. He sent Axl who was a pleasure to work with. Not only did he replace all six valves including the manifold, but when he was finished, you couldn't tell any work had been done. Everything was put back perfectly. I must say I was amazed! I'd call these guys again in a minute!

Needed help turning on our sprinklers. You came out and didn't do that, and instead gave us a $110 invoice for "service call" , a quote for $3500 repair for a "leak", and told us we can buy a key to turn the water on ourselves. Didn't do what we asked. We had to follow up to ask what you did. Called our old sprinkler person who dropped by and turned on the water in minutes and told us you likely did not have a long enough key to turn it on. They gave us insight on the "leak" as well. Only paid your invoice to avoid the late fee you claimed you'd tack on. Waste of time and money. We don't trust you.

We are very grateful to have come across A Perfect Repair. As new homeowners, we were in need of a sprinkler blowout, digital system configuration and learning how everything worked in our new home’s irrigation system. Jerron was the only local business to call us back after 7 tries with other companies. He arrived in time, extremely polite and professional and helped us get acquainted with our new home’s system which is now ready for the winter. After two years of having burnt areas of our new lawn, Jerron replaced 30 sprinkler heads to ones that actually water every inch of our yard. He was professional, honest and the cost of the job was very reasonable. I highly recommend this company for any irrigation repairs you might need. My only regret is not having found A Perfect Repair Sprinkler & Backflow sooner.
