This company has been providing me service for many years. I had a problem with a toilette in one of my bathrooms. Water started leaking from the bottom of the toilette and at first we thought it was the seal and Tony replaced it. It was still having a problem with flushing. He pulled the toilette again and discovered a line blockage. He tried to clear it from the bathroom but that didn't work. John, the owner came to assist and went in through the roof vent and cleared the line. I also decided to replace the toilette which was about 20 years old. All of this was accomplished in one day and the area was left very clean, all trash removed. The price was reasonable considering the scope of the work and time for completion. We initially used A Perfect Plumbing through our warranty for a toilet backup issue. Their response was quick, and they resolved the problem with minimal work. In hindsight, we may not have asked enough questions about the scope of the work. A few months later, we had the same issue. This time, they addressed several issues, including a pipe break, rerouting lines, and repairs under the kitchen sink. After providing a quote, they set an appointment and completed most of the work. However, they did not finish the repairs under the sink. When we called them to complete the job, the plumber mentioned they had undercharged us initially and that we would need to pay another service fee. We agreed, but after completing only part of the work, the plumber said they would return another day to fi

Water was backing up in my sink and coming out through the walls. They came out at 8:30 am as soon as I called and found the leak behind my wall very quickly. Had me fixed and put back together by 1:00pm. Highly recommend!

The very next day they were at my door. After a quick assessment, it was determined that my 22 y/o water heater needed to be replaced. As soon as they returned to their office I received a call with an estimate for the replacement. The following day they returned with my new water heater. The installation went very well, above and beyond my expectations. They installed the new water heater bringing all codes and standards current & even hauled away my old water heater. I highly recommend this company for any and all plumbing needs!
