He replied within minutes and even came out on a Saturday to assess the damage. His team quickly identified the water source and began treating the mold right away. Andrew from APT was on site within an hour of being notified to inspect the damage and immediately got a dehumidifier up and running. His team started the remediation work the next morning, wrapped up all demo work that day to begin the drying out process, and cleaned up after themselves.
