From start to finish, Floor Coverings International was absolutely amazing to work with! I am thoroughly impressed with this company and the staff they employ. Owner Blake Latta, was knowledgeable, patient and thorough in explaining the many options we had available to meet our family's flooring needs. A few days after selecting a floor, I found myself second guessing my initial choice. Blake came back out to our home (with all his samples), and took time to ensure I felt confident in the decision I made. There was never any pressure or pushiness to make a purchase or work within a particular timeline. Susie at the FCI office, was always quick to respond to a question or concern. Alex was an expert installer. He worked tirelessly with his teammate (Igor, I believe) to rip out our old floo

We had a great experience. Donna was very helpful, observant and good to work with. She respected our budget. The installers were timely and professional and did a beautiful job.

From start to finish Blake, Susie and team had our back. Blake came to give us our quote and was extremely knowledgeable about the product and process and told us everything up front. Once we scheduled, they worked with us and we were even able to come back every night to sleep in our home (we got about 3/4 of our home done) — having a small baby that was a HUGE deal. We even had problems arise and Blake walked us through step by step what actions we could take and how to proceed. The team was great and cleaned up after themselves after each day and put everything back beautifully. Even after install, we found a chip in the floor and they came out right away to fix. All in all, our experience was wonderful and we will definitely be using them again and recommending in the future!

Just wanted to share we had "Floor Coverings International" do our installation of our flooring project. We couldn't be more pleased with the results! Blake Latta was such a professional and pleasure to work with. He really nailed down the choice for us in the several samples we looked at. It was clear the one he selected was the color and pattern match for us. They were extremely fair in price they quoted. On the day of install they arrived promptly, came in, did the job, cleaned up, and now we feel like we are living the life of luxury.
