So thankful for these guys... In the process of getting a swimming pool installed the contractor broke a sewer pipe. Desperate and panicking I started calling various plumbers but none of them answered so I hung up. I decided to keep calling until someone actually answered... Well, the only one that answered was a + plumbing... The receptionist was on top of everything. She listened to My issue and then she passed the info on to the plumbers and to my surprise she called me right back to tell me that Zack would be on his way in the next 10 minutes. Wow!!! I called to get an estimate to replace an old broken cast iron flange and reseat a toilet. They told me they wouldn’t do an estimate without seeing it first and I’d have to pay $99 for someone to come look at it, and I’m assuming that would have been applied to the repair. I offered to send detailed photos of the flange and the drain from below from the basement and informed them I already had someone else give me an estimate of $325 by looking at the photos. They said go ahead and use the other company, so I’m using Lincoln Plumbing instead. I will probably never use A+ if they’re sticking with an outdated business model where they want to charge me an un-refundable fee just to give me an estimate for what I understand is a very common and routine repair. Luis was excellent! Thorough, patient and informative. His questions got to the root of the problem and he put my concerns for our auxiliary Heating to rest. We have more work to do but Luis was the best servicemen I've had visit yet, with a focus on quality and safety. Highly recommended.
