We just had a new roof put on by this company today. They were the best company we have ever used! They were incredibly thorough, while also working fast and completing the entire roof in only ONE work day. They also were incredibly respectful of our property as well as our neighbor's properties. We live in town, so we don't have much room between houses, but they were very careful not to let anything fall into our neighbors yards while they worked on our roof. They were very kind as well, and we're even careful of a litter of stray kittens that were in our backyard. We are very happy with our choice to use them! We highly highly recommend! They went above and beyond for us, and they will for you too!

We had SBR replace our siding and a few windows. We were happy with the initial quote and more happy with the actual work. There were some challenging aspects to our job but they had good solutions and communicated on there progress along the way. Quality work and the house looks great. Highly recommended.

A few years ago, they fixed a roof leak that no one else could fix over the years. They charged me well below their estimate. Now Branson and Carrie have finished re-siding our house with high-quality Mastic siding. What a professional job from installation to cleanup!! Branson even fixed other problems of ours, refusing compensation. Carrie, who loves gardening, brought us some of her favorite seedlings and planted them. What a team!

3-31-25. Right after the big storm. South Bend Roofing Co. Came thru for us today in a big way. They got our roof patched and ready to survive the next round of storms on Wednesday. As you can expect they have a ton of calls to tackle today and tomorrow. Since we were returning customers they put us at a top priority. Saul and his guys did an excellent job. They will be returning to fully add the new section on once they get caught up with helping others. Company/customer loyalty still exists.
