We recently had our furnace and AC system replaced by Great Lakes and had an amazing experience! The team was prompt, courteous, and extremely knowledgeable. John walked us through our options, helped us choose the right system for our home, and answered all of our questions without pressure. Tony and Paula installed the new equipment efficiently and with great attention to detail. They even answered questions about future maintenance that we had since we are first time home owners. Our home feels more comfortable, quieter, and energy-efficient already. We are very impressed and would absolutely recommend them to friends and family.

I just had a warranty check done by Jason D. and he did an excellent job. He was very friendly, did a great job explaining everything that was going on with our furnace and never once tried to upsell on anything we did not need. He explained what may be needed in the future, a program they have for value added on parts and service. He was very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend Great Lakes for your heating and cooling needs.

We had Shawn come out and repair a cut water line from a pedestal sink we had removed ourselves. He then installed a new vanity, sink, and faucet we had purchased. He arrived to assess the situation and once he had left to get parts he needed, returned and did not leave until the job was completed. Everything looks fabulous.

In the morning we noticed that our hot water heater was no longer working. Great Lakes Heating and Air Conditioning came out two hours later and had a new water heater installed by noon! The installers were very friendly, knowledgeable and informative. Special shout out to their Lead Installer (Jerimee) who was extremely professional and patient while I asked my questions. I highly recommend them for all your home HVAC & Water repairs/replacements. Outstanding Job GLH&AC!!
