A Plus Garage Door Repair

A Plus doors installed our garage door on our new home build. The office people were always polite and quick to respond. Tyson, our service technician, was terrific! There were two very small defects they noticed when they installed the door. (I included them in the pictures.) Tyson was honest and pointed them out and said that we could pay the balance when they returned to replace those panels. Honesty is a huge deal in the world today! We have enjoyed working with A+ because of their pricing, their speed, their organization, and their service!

Kasey and Chase were great! Very friendly and knowledgeable. They text me in the morning giving me enough heads up to make sure I was able to get home in time after the school run. When I set up the appointment the office staff was very friendly and helpful to make my schedule work. When they arrived they inspected the entire door set up and let me know what was causing the problem making the top panel bend while closing. They gave me multiple options. In the short term I chose to do a temp repair to allow me time to work in the cost of a new door into the budget which, in the long term, is exactly what I will do. Definitely going to call them again when it’s time for the next step!

I had a spring break on my garage door. On top of that the door made horrible noise for quite some time. I contacted A+ garage doors after seeing how many great reviews they had. They sent Max Costello out that afternoon. Max was very personable and gave me several options on services for my garage door that hasn’t been serviced in almost 30 years. He was very good at explaining the different options and why he would recommend specific options to keep the garage door functioning properly. Max did a great job and fixed the issues with the door and now it runs much smoother with no issues. I will use A+ for any future repairs.

Tyson and Nathan did such a great job at our home. They were both friendly and professional. They worked quickly to replace the spring on our garage door and had us up and running so fast. Quick service, great staff. Jordan was extremely nice and gave me a range of options for service. The new springs and moving parts he installed look great and made our door quiet and smooth. Highly recommend.
