The Bywaters have touched nearly every corner of our home over the past 40 years. I have never had any issue with the quality of the work. In fact, i would label them as artisans with the quailty and expertise. From bathrooms, carpets, flooring and curtains they have exceeded expectations. Some projects have required very technical work and they carried the day. Recently my contractor visited our home and commented on the outstanding installation quaility of some LVP flooring they installed. All at a very reasonable price considering quotes I've gotten in the past from competitors. You may have to be patient with their booking, but it's because they are doing quality work which can't be rushed. I stand grateful and impressed! Thank you

Contacted May 17th to request a quote. Was told they would contact me within a week to make an appointment. By May 30th no contact so I called back. Was told they lost my contact info but offered an appointment on June 2. Craig made the appointment and did a thorough evaluation with good advice. Said he'd contact me soon with the estimate. June 7 I reached back to see if estimate was done yet. Janeen said she would check with Craig and they would call me back. Now June 22, never heard back. So over a month since initial contact I never received the call-back or the estimate, despite Craig took the time to come to my home for an hour. All in all I'm quite satisfied with my new countertops. It took quite a while from the bid to the install, but that just seems to be how things are now. The price was reasonable, they cleaned up after themselves as they worked, and were always friendly. To my non expert eye everything looks great.

I have nothing but good to say about this family run business. Every person I worked with was professional and quick to respond to any question or concern. I appreciated their knowledge about the products they worked with. I was picking out vinyl flooring and they knew the different products so well that when I asked Ryan certain questions about durability and warranty, he could answer my questions easily. I have the most gorgeous floor in my neighborhood. My mother in law tried to get the same one through RC Willey and she still likes mine better and knows that it isn't the quality I received. I had some issues with my floor matching up to the tile in the bathroom and how to connect that transition, Ryan figured it out and came up with a solution that works perfectly. My flooring is perfe
