I found this business through a SMUD contractor list, and I’m glad I chose them for an electric conversion of a HVAC and water heater. Really professional, conscientious, and easy to work with. The installers were friendly and competent, made sure everything was done right and went over and above to meet all requirements. Plus they worked with me to get rebates (in 2025) and that really helped to make the conversion affordable. Highly recommend!!

These guys are truly amazing. I have an older furnace and it's beginning to show it's age. Austin came out the first time and had us up and running fast. Had him out again last weekend (completely different issue), this guy came out on a Sunday for us! No hard sells, or crazy overages. They are honest people who really just want to help you, and that is a rare find! I can't recommend them enough! Wish I could give more stars!

Great service and highly recommend! They have a quick response time and showed up within a day of my call. Vitaliy came on time, was polite, and wore shoe covers. A Plus Heating and Air is a a great company and i would recommend them to anyone! I needed to have our furnace fixed since it was cycling on and off, especially during this cold January weather. Austin was our tech and he was a star! He was able to diagnose our issue quickly (a bad board), and returned with a new board and had it working within 15 minutes. Austin represents this company extremely well and I’ve never experience the honesty i got from him with any other vendor I’ve ever used!!, and I have used countless trades!. He was very professional and explained the issues and kept me informed of the steps he took to diagnose the problem. This company came out to our residence Tuesday, technician quickly got the heat pump going. Explained they struggle in the colder temperatures but confirmed we have heat strips so we should be good. He flipped the breaker on the unit and it fired up fine. Seemed confused about why it wasn’t heating for a couple of days. He decided to take a second look. On the next peek, found the hard start kit had fried. Replaced it. It was heating, so he left. It went out again Wednesday night. We didn’t call on the first because it was a holiday. Called the next morning, crazy early, and were given a 4pm appointment. At a quarter to 5, when no one has called or showed up, we call back.
