Once we set our plans in motion we met Daniel and Michael who quickly cleared our yard of all the gross grass/weeds. They removed old sidewalks etc. what amazing young men! We had a great experience working with A Plus. First they were always reliable with showing up on time and responding to emails. Then they worked with us to make sure the plan was what we wanted and that the permit paperwork was in good shape. A Plus clearly communicated when work would start and what to expect, and then followed that plan precisely. We live in Lancaster City and we (and our neighbors) appreciated their efforts to keep the sidewalk clear and to block as little on-street parking as possible. A day that really stood out was when the A Plus team put the capstones on a curved wall. They precisely cut and fit together the stones to get it just right. From start to finish working with A Plus Landscaping was a wonderful experience. We recently installed a fiberglass pool with paver patio and shed. Corey, our sales guy and jack of all trades is patient, knowledgeable, and very accommodating. He provided concierge-like service through the process. The design specialist, Zach created amazing plans and listened when we asked for revisions. He created renditions from different angles, and even a 3D walk through that allowed us to see the scope of the project as if we were standing in our backyard. A Plus was an absolutely pleasure to work with. We’ve been dreaming of a backyard oasis for decades and as soon as we chose them to handle the job, we knew it was the right choice. From start to finish, Joe, Jay and their team were helpful, meticulous, accommodating, knowledgeable and patient with us. They designed a space that achieved all our “wants”, while also fitting perfectly into our small yard, and making it feel like it always belonged there. A plus installed a retaining wall/patio for us and did a wonderful job creating a space we thoroughly enjoy as a family! From meeting with Joe at the beginning of the project to final completion everyone was professional and helpful! I would recommend them for all your landscaping needs!
